Hi my daughter is 15 months old when she vomit or whe she pee it is giving so much bad smell how to overcome this any suggestions

There may be a possibility of digestion related issue or some another gut related issue which is why the smell is coming and vomiting and motion is like this urine so you’ll have to check with your doctor advise with the medicines to regulate the digestion of your child
