Hi .. my daughter is 11 yrs 3mths she started her first period on the 3rd of July and as of now her cycle does not shows any sign of getting periods and she complain of headache .... is it normal for a first menstrual to miss the period for a month. kindly advice on this matter.

A. Hello dear Yes it is absolutely possible for the cycles to be irregular for a period of even one year after the beginning of first period. Educate her to be prepared at school also
