Q.

hi, my daughter is 11 mo old. How much milk is mandatory in a day? i am not feeding her at all during day time (is this mandatory if she is having good amount of solids?). night feeding is still going on.

A. Hello mom you can continue with your feed maximum till 2 years of age though from the age of 1 you can plan to gradually reduce it . It’s fine if he is taking his solids well .. but also it’s important to know that mothers milk helps to build in immunity and over all healthy of the baby

A. hi..since the baby is just 11 months old....u can breastfeed her atleast before naptimes say 2 to 3 times a day...coz breastmilk has such benefits for the growing immune system in babies.no doubt breastfeeding till 2 years atleast definitely makes a difference.
