Hi, my daughter is 10th month hold she is having small small pimples around her mouth and white patch on the face can i know why it is happening and what need to be done.

Could be due to heat but it’s better to check with your doctor one time they’re going to give you a better clarity as per the situation and once they know what is the problem and they will be able to advise you with the right kind of solution as well to the problem so in my suggestion it’s better to check with your doctor one time
