hi. my daughter is 10months old and from the past 3-4 days she is having pain while passing stools. Also, the notion being passed is hard which results in her crying out in pain. please advise what is wrong and how I can help my daughter.. thank you in advance

A. Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
