hi my daughter is 1.8 years old and from past 5 months , every month my daughter is getting fever and we r using paracetamol syrup and after using for 3 days it's decreasing, can any one suggest what's the problem.

A. it is quite natural that small babies will be getting recurrent infections may be because of viral infections getting fever as the baby is growing in age the incidents will come down
