hi my daughter had fever since yesterday afternoon giving medicine temperature is reducing after 4 hrs again temperature rising.. already given 3 doses were given in 12 hrs what to do to reduce fever

A. hi. kimdly give her paracrtomol in right dose in every 4 to 6 hourly, and give her lots of rrst. .keeoa track on body temprature. consult your doctor if no improvement.
