hi my daughter got vaccine of pneumonia and flu on Monday but it's reaction face today like fever is it possible???

A. not possible same thing happen with my daughter but dr said reaction come in two days so it may be viral infection

A. it is quite possible to have fever following any vaccine which may continue for 2 to 3 days only please take paracetamol drops baby three to four times depending on the
