Don’t you think it could be associated with the gastric issue as that creates a lot of discomfort in the tummy which is why your child could be really fussy and not interested in eating so I would recommend you to check with your doctor fix the issue of gas and all and probably after that your child would eat better and the growth and weight would also be good
