Q.

Hi. My daughter doesn’t sleep at night. All steps like a small bath at night, stomach full feed, proper room temperature, a small massage, everything is taken care off. But still she doesn’t sleep at night. Please suggest what can be done. Really tired of sleepless nights from 6 months.

A. Few babies sleep less at night so try reducing her morning and evening nap times so she gets tired and sleeps well at night it will definitely help take care
