Q.

#asktheexperts my both 9 month twin daughters do not sleep at night. what shall I feed them so that they can sleep cozy. i have tried everything, lullabies, din light , room temperature , massage, bath. everything but no result

A. dry roast rice : moong dal in the ratio 3:1 grind and store. take spoonfulls , cook in water or little milk and feed warm when your baby is hungry. you can add different dals, corn, wheat etc as baby grows. .try a lighter consistency of cerelac, and feed with a tiny spoon. gradually make it thick . add banana , apple , little mashed strawberry, or boiled veggies , it enhances taste as well as nutritional value Do remember that baby is just learning to eat now try and introduce variety of foods for baby. fresh fruits, all veggies, dals, different

A. Hi parent it is happened due to hunger please give easily digestible food like curd rice and beans and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc you can give small quantity of soji halava sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc you can give A2 Desi milk if necessary please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
