Q.

Hi, My child is an active Kid, for the last 3 days he has been playing more due to the holiday. Today suddenly he became dull and said that he was feeling pain inside his head. Never saw my kid in this way. please suggest

A. there are multiple causes of headache in children and for immediate relief you can give paracetamol which is a good painkiller also. see that the child is consuming plenty of fluids because many times less water in the body can cause headache. the other common causes are nutritional deficiency as well as anemia and decrease sleep and more fscreen time if going on according to age. paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day but if the problem is occurring again and again please visit the doctor to rule out any major pathology

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination it is impossible to understand the condition. Get your child personally examined by your doctor and seek further assistance. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated
