hi my child is 6.5years old , having worms in night and itching in anal area.worms are coming in anal region 1st dose is given in December 11 2021.again alos with in 20 days normal again worms are coming in anal area .what is the reason.we should give second dose or not.my pediatrician told me don't give second dose . weight 30.5

A. worming medicine is recommended to give one dose once that is sufficient to treat.. restrict the sugar and sweet intake keep baby well hydrated you can take homeopathy medicine and treatment
