Hi , my child is 16 months old and I’m pregnant with second baby , I finding hard to feed him , he now only needs by breast milk and do not take it any other forms of milk . Can someone help me how to stop breast feeding and make him drink milk

A. it is very common that children may not like drinking milk. you can wait for few days and many times it will resolve on its own. the maximum requirement of milk at this age should not be e more than 400 ml per day. if the child is taking serious pulses vegetables and fruits properly then also there is no need to worry dabout the milk intake. s cereals pulses vegetables fruits contain everything which is present in the milk

U At least try to introduce some another mail with the help of a feeding bottle maybe that’s going to help and also you can ask your gynaecologist to help you with the medicine which will help in drying up your breast feed gradually within 3 to 5 days so once there is no breastfeeding the child will automatically give up on me this is the safest and the best way as of now
