Q.

Hi My boy is three months old and i am not getting sufficient milk. can I start cereal for my baby or any other option. please suggest me

A. Hello mom no avoid solids for now weaning foods can be introduced from the age of 5 months onwards and initially only liquids and then gradually moving to semi solids . You can take support of formula milk now
