hi my boy is of 2 yr old he refuses to eat egg,idly ,rice,curd can u pls help me how to feed those to him or say somthing alternative to them

A. you have to be patient do not force but gently encouraging All should eat together for child to learn healthy eating engage in loving conversation Avoid gadgets at meal time include dal nuts beans paneer raita egg in rice or as bhurji with vegetables
