hi.. my boy is 45days old he is taking breastmilk only but not gaining weight he is 3.7kilos which is low for his age..what should I do for his growth?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having feed properly and also baby weight should be doubled the birth weight in first six months and also baby should gain 500-800 gms in a month. Take care
