Hi.My boy is 2years 8months old. He is going to play school for past 10days but daily in morning time he is eating orange fruit in empty stomach. is it okay to give orange in empty stomach?? will it cause cold pls suggest mommies

Actually you’re not supposed to give citrus fruits in the morning as the first thing it’s not advisable as it is not healthy so don’t give citrus fruits if you give banana or something it is still alright but giving us citrus fruit in the morning as the first thing can create problem
