hi my boy baby was 3yr old he is telling like mild stomach pain for few times in a day after gas came he isok nd I've seen one pinworm in stool so I gave alged 10ml night nd morning also telling stomach pain for few seconds nd after gas came he is ok what is the reason

A. deae mom..he is havingstonach pain due to gases. avoid feeding him gaaes producing food. you can also give him ajwain water or mint juice, ut will help him. o k
