Q.

hi. my baby will be 2 months on Monday. he is not sleeping properly. everytime i have to shake the cradle to fall him to sleep. after 15 min he wakes up and again i shake the cradle. this happens all day and night. please tell me what to do.

A. Give him nutmeg rubs with warm milk

Q. My daughter is 1 year old now.She loves to sleep in her cradle. we tried very hard not to put her in cradle and swing her for sleeping, but she doesn't sleep without it and starts crying and doesn't even play because she wants to sleep at that moment of time. the option left for us is to put her in cradle then and then she is asleep within 5 min. Any suggestions how we can switch from cradle to bed. ( note: she initially sleeps in cradle in night and when we put her in bed after she is sleeping she sleeps on bed only af night).
