A. no medicine is required for the lump which is formed after vaccination and it will go away on its own in next one or two months without any other treatment

A. Common side effects after immunisation babies may be unsettled or sleepy. sometimes, a small, hard lump (nodule) at the injection site may persist for some weeks or months. This should not be of concern and requires no treatment.
