Hi, my baby spits out milk and he again wanted to have it, is it means he is hungry? or any other. also after formula feed him he stretched a lot, is the formula make him gassy. please advice

Babies expect some amount of milk and after every feed this is very common. If your baby is asking for feeding in every two hours then it is quite normal. And yes formula milk create gastric issues. In such case you can applying and water mixture on your baby’s stomach it will help baby to pass gas and give relief in pain.
