POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. For the first 6 days, your baby should have as many wet diapers as they are days old. The diaper should get heavier with urine every day, especially after the third day as your supply of breast milk increases. Once your baby is a week old, your baby should have 6 to 8 soaked diapers in 24 hours.
