Hi my baby just turned 6 months today. when should I start solids and what should I start with and quantity

A. It has to be seven months beginning as it six months should be completed after that you can go ahead with giving proper food to the child whatever you would want to switch the beginning letter child complete the age of six months and then you start with proper food for the child
