#asktheexpert my daughter turned 6 months . may I know how much she should be fed? like quantity of milk and number of times in 24 hours. plus how much solids should I give her. and how many times in a day. what should I give her?

A. what should I give her in meals? like for breakfast lunch and dinner?

A. You should give three meals per day of breakfast lunch and dinner and milk should be somewhere around 150 ML to 180 ML depending upon what is the appetite of your child so accordingly you can decide the amount of milk that you need to give to the child and rest with the food at least try to start with 15 to 20 teaspoons one time
