Q.

Hi. My baby is two months old. seems there is low breast milk supply for me. So, which brand of formula milk is suggested for her and what is the correct ratio to mix.

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist for advice. Good luck and take care
