completion of 6 months age is right time to introduce semisolid food to a child.
so at start,you can offer food like mung dal Pani,rice starch which is easy to digest.
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables , fruits and rice to your child.
follow 3 days rules.
please don't force feed or overfeed your child.

Hello ma’am Whatever you prepared should be in a flowy consistency so that your child can easily swallow it you can go over Khichdi porridge mashed banana mashed potato mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup all kind of fruits available in the market on room temperature curd Paneer oats ragi you can give all these things to the baby and also introduce water to the child and you can also add all the necessary spices like salt sugar and turmeric from the beginning itself and by the age of 8 to 9 months you can introduce a little bit of chilli powder as well
