hi, my baby is pooping after every feed or meal. 1st day he pooped watery and next 2days pooping softly, .. worried about him.. sometimes lightly blood is coming in stool. anyone could pls tell me what needs to do?

A. well it can be an infection of tge gut ok.so try to get a doc opinion ok.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis
