Q.

Hi.. My baby is of 2.5months doing green watery potty 6-7 times a day! What should I do?

A. Green coloured Motions are normally seen in babies and commonly it may be due to less feed intake , or formula milk feeding. if the baby is passing motion frequently in a day and the colour of the motion is ranging from light yellow to dark green or brown it may be considered as normal in such a case only fruuequent feeding and exclusive breastfeeding is suggested. If it is associated with mucous, are watery and have bad smell then there could be some infection, also so if there are any other associated problem like fever ,vomiting then you should consult your doctor .

A. hello...as the baby is too small you can't do home remedies...if ur feeding change ur diet immediately...have ajwain warm water all day..There are certain foods which should be avoided in breastfeeding...also as coffee and tea contain caffeine have only one or ywo cups max....also avoid chocolate spices (cinnamon, curry, chili pepper) citrus fruits and their juices, like oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit strawberries kiwifruit pineapple the "gassy" veggies (onion, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers, and peppers) fruits with a laxative effect, such as cherries and prunes...a
