Hi my baby is now 21months old she started grinding her teeth and biting her hand when she gets angry or irritated can you please tell me the solution to stop these habits

you can ask your child to count from 1 to 10 when the child gets angry or if not the counting something that the child likes divert the child's mind
try to spend as much time as possible with your child during the day
