Hi, my baby is not passing urine while sleeping even i do brest feeding at nights she will not pee for 6 to 7 hous. Even morning itself i make her stand then she will pee. now she is suffering from urine infection doctor did urine culture test(was that recommend for babies? this is too painful for them.😣). what could be the reason for this? plz suggest some tips to make her pee free by herself.

A. if the baby is taking proper feeding and if there is no other symptoms or you should not worry just see if the child doing proper urine in the whole day or not
