hi . my baby is not feeding powder milk he is asking for breast milk where I'm not able to go ve him sufficient amount. so I was planning to start cerlac rice for my baby at 4 months . can some one suggest if we can give . and if yes . what the process to make it. at present he is 3 months old

A. No! don't give cerelac n other weaning food before 6 mth of age. Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life.
