Q.
hi my baby is not eating properly, I am also trying to stop breastfeed, she is having teething issues too and loose motion inspite of medicines , all these issues are happening at a time

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomifyyting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
