Q.
#hi , my baby is nine month 25 days old and still there are no teeth . she hits her gums hardly and bites hard object .she is doing this since sixth month but teeth has not yet arrived should I contact dentist or pediatrician? please suggest .

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d.c deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 18 months also so if your pxersonal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

U Can consult a paediatric dentist if you want to it is not at all an issue because since you are saying that your child has been trouble from the age of 6months it self so yes you should definitely go ahead with it because in general the first teeth of a child can happen by the age of 16 to 18 months also
