hi my baby is having cold n cough he is taking less feed at night and his pamper also dry is it ok

Due to discomfort of cough and congestion your child is taking less feed which is not good which is by the child is also not passing sufficient amount of urine I’m going to advise you to consult your doctor treat your child properly so that your child has proper milk that is the urine and is going to be proper
