Q.

hi my baby is five months old and I am feeling that my milk is not sufficient for her but I don't want to use formula milk because I am producing the milk but at one point of time I am feeling it's insufficient can I start feeding cerlac for her

A. Don't introduce any top up food before completion of 6 months. If you think your milk supply is low then use Galact and promolact. Include mutton, kheema, jeera,saunf, ajwain and fennel seeds in diet

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally semi solids and water should be introduced only after 6 months completion. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Consult your doctor for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
