ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear mom go with a natural weight loss process and start doing physical activity like walk and yoga or stretching for 30-45 Mins also reduce the intake of sugar and sweets in the diet and have lots of fluid and fiber in the diet as well
