Hi, My baby is a month and 18 days old. She took her 6 weeks vaccination yesterday,since then she vomits after every feeding. Is it normal? Please suggest what to do?

A. it is quite natural that after taking vaccine baby will be having fever pain swelling which may continue for one or two days sometimes baby may not be taking feeding and vomits also
