#asktheexperts #AskTheExpert Hi Mam, My baby is 7 and half months old now...we took 6,10 and 14 weeks vaccination for my baby in government but we took 6 weeks vaccination at 41 days and remaining 10 and 14 weeks vaccination with 4 weeks interval each. Could you please advise did we took vaccinations on time or early, will there be any issues?

A. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule and you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination. Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all children below 5 years of age. if your child has received polio vaccine before as per the schedule then ajlso you should give this vaccine on the the pulse polio day as this is an additidonal vaccine. For polio vaccine dates and related query you need to contact your local authorities .
