hi my baby is 9month old after delivery 7th Jan ko mujhe 1st period hua but yeah month nhi hua he pleases provide a solution.

please consult with your gaenaycologist regarding this for better guidance as she will guide you post proper examination.
meanwhile avoid junk and oily food and take home made nutritious food only. drink plenty of fluids
