Hi my baby is 9m old he is not eating anything because of mouth ulcers what should i give to eat i m worried

A. Dologel you can apply half an hour before you give any food to the child and during this time it’s very annoying it discomforting so you should give more of liquid-based diet start with a B complex supplement and water with fennel seeds for your child
