Q.

Hi, my baby is 9 months old, she had some rashes on her left thigh and her pediatrician gave an allergy cream and we consult two skin doctors as well and they have also given some creams for allergy. After some days she got rashes on a hand, below neck, and on neck. Skin doctor is saying that we should give her bath once in 8 days not daily but her pediatrician said to give her daily bath and he gave a soap as well. so we are confused on what to do. please suggest some advices on what to do and what not to do.

A. hi dear Diaper Rash Treatments Cream or ointment with zinc oxide or petrolatum (petroleum jelly). Smooth it onto your baby's clean, dry bottom before putting on a clean diaper. Baby powder. ... Antifungal cream, if your baby has a fungal infection. Topical or oral antibiotics, if your baby has a bacterial infection.
