A. Hi dear good afternoon Intilaly simple purees like carrot, potato, banana and simple waters like rice or dal water can be given. These are easy digesting foods for baby. Then second week you can continue with other purees or combination of two fruits veggies, the third week you can give instant homemade rice cereal. Slowly you can add a veggie or fruit to the rice cereal this would give a different taste. One meal a day is enough for six month old baby. With few spoons of water. Rice one cup Moong dal half cup Dry roast rice for a while until it turns brown in color, next dry roast moong dal for few mins. Add 2-3 jeera and dry roast for few seconds Add 2-3 pepper corns and dry roast for few seconds. Add all these to a blender and make a fine powder and sieve and store in a container. This is the receipt for powder. Slowly after few weeks you can start adding every pulse a new week. After eight months you can dry roast nuts and add to this powder.
