A. Hello my dear parent! If you’re able to prepare a home-made cheese, then fine to give it before one year completion. Ideally, it is made with some kind of preservatives when bought from outside food. So check for the ingredients and then better to speak to your doctor in this matter.

A. Yes, it is generally safe to introduce cheese to a 9-month-old baby. Cheese is a good source of calcium and protein, and many babies can start eating it around 6 months old as they begin chewing and gumming different foods. However, it's crucial to introduce cheese gradually and ensure it's safe for your baby.
