Hi, My baby is 84 days old today . Her birth weight is 2.8kgs. Her pee count is nearly 20 everyday and poop count is 1 everyday . She is active and happy after feeds. But her current weight is only 4 kgs. Is it normal? How to increase the weight of my exclusively breastfed baby ?

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find ovgut the the treatment for further management consult dr.
