Hi. My baby is 8 months old. She constantly experiences constipation and refuses to eat solid food. What can I do?

Author of questionFather of a 2 yr 8 m old girl2 years agoA. Thank you sir. But she is on breast milk and she also cries while passing stools which she does in every 3 to 4 days. Not regularly

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also whent initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can gifve bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications arre required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
