hi my baby is 8 months old he is not gaining weight he is totally formal milk(Simlac) is less weight know we are using packet milk any one suggest me to give food diet for baby grow thanks

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. foods that helps in weight gain are potato sweet potato ragi eggs banana dry fruit in paste or powdered form ghee cheese butter in moderate amount..
give natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water or jeera water..
set meal plan.. maintain gap between feeds at least two hrs..
