Q.
Hi My baby is 8 months old. Before coming to her nani’s house she used to enjoy her bath very well, used to play with water but now she only cries when i take her for bath. Any solution for such situation. I have tried imitating everything what i earlier used to do but nothing is working.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It's normal. They feel cold easily , they feel strange and scared.
Be gentle, dont rub hard or do forcefully,.
Make sure he is not hungry or sleepy.
U can bath him 20-30 Mins after feed.
make sure the water temperature is not too hot or cold.
Try to distract her with few bath toys,try to put water slowly on the head, cover her ears, put a hand on her forehead so that water does not gush down on her face and finally remove water from her face. Or Instead of pouring water directly on head and face, take water in your hand and put it to clean up head and face.
