hi...my baby is 8 months and 5 days old...I'm breast feeding her during day time 3-4 times and giving food morning and afternoon is that ok

A. that is okay as gradually the solids intake should be increased and milk intake decreased... Ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple pumpkin.. remember one new food one at a time
