Hi my baby is 8 month old.Hr is having little pimples on chest.Is it normal..what is the reason behind it.Is it due to body heat

Rashid could be due to various reasons actually in the body so if you want you can go ahead with apply calamine lotion as of now one time that is going to be good enough because I am not sure about the current reason behind it which is why am suggesting you the best solution as per my knowledge
